You can add Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Jase Bowen to the list of athletes who are avid card collectors.
When the Ohio native isn’t working out in preparing for spring training and the upcoming season, he’s busy chasing down cards–his own and others to add to a collection of cards from all sports that now numbers over 100,000.
A versatile player, Bowen spent the 2023 season in Class A an AA, belting 23 homers.
Drafted out of high school in 2019, he didn’t see himself on a card until last year. Now, in addition to continuing a collection that began as a five-year-old kid, he’s chasing his own “rainbow” of colored parallels from his appearance in Bowman products.
