In The Game will unveil its latest product–Superlative Hockey Volume Two at the Toronto Sportcard & Memorabilia Spring Expo April 30-May 2.
The company will again set up its Wrapper Redemption Program at the show, featuring several of its 2009-10 issues, including Superlative.
“Collectors have expressed to me personally how much they are looking forward to the release of Superlative Hockey Volume Two and there’s no greater stage than the Toronto Sportcard & Memorabilia Spring Expo to bring it to them,” said In The Game’s President, Dr. Brian Price. “We’ve developed a sensational redemption program for several of our 2009-10 releases and we wanted to demonstrate our unwavering support for both collectors and the industry by our presence at this show.”
The details include:
Superlative Hockey Volume Two
For the release of Superlative Hockey Volume One, In The Game offered a redemption program that included Superlative Combo cards. These are back once again as a reward for opening a book of Superlative Hockey Volume Two. Collectors will receive two cards when they open a book at the In The Game booth.
While a checklist of Superlative Hockey Volume Two Redemption cards is not available at this time, the cards will contain anywhere from two to six memorabilia pieces each.
Heroes and Prospects
In The Game will also be producing one-of-one versions of game-used memorabilia cards from the 2009-10 Heroes and Prospects product that bears a special foil stamp exclusive to the Spring Expo. In order to obtain one of these special cards, collectors will need to open one sealed Hobby box of 2009-10 Heroes and Prospects.
Between The Pipes
Collectors will have an opportunity to obtain special one-of-one versions of these cards exclusive to the Spring Expo. Between The Pipes sold out earlier this year.
Offering oversized and colorful memorabilia pieces, Between The Pipes is a tribute to the top goalies from yesterday, today and tomorrow.
All boxes and packs must be opened at the same time and all wrappers must be submitted to In The Game personnel. Boxes must have shrink-wrap with the In The Game logo on it to qualify.
The redemption card offer extends through all three days of the show or while supplies last and daily limits may be imposed. In The Game reserves the right to limit the quantity of cards per customer and strives to set a two-book limit for each customer redeeming books of Superlative Hockey during busy times and they will be asked to return to the end of the line to redeem further books.
Box tops from 2009-10 Heroes and Prospects, Between The Pipes or Superlative Hockey Volume Two products opened at the booth will be marked in order to exclude them from the ITG-VIP promotion.
No other In The Game products can be redeemed during the 2010 Spring Expo. The program is subject to all of the other standard rules and regulations of the ITG Wrapper Redemption Programs.
