Topps NOW is producing two cards commemorating Ichiro’s 3,000th career hit—a budget-minded one and a special parallel featuring a piece of a base used in Sunday’s game with the Rockies.
The standard cards start at $9.99 (discounts for quantity) while the game-used base cards pricing will vary based on the number
produced. There will be cards numbered to 99 ($179.99), 49 ($249.99), 25 ($369.99), 10 ($599.99), and 1 (999.99).
The backs of each card are different.

Meanwhile, Ichiro donated some of the gear he was wearing Sunday to the Hall of Fame.
At a news conference Monday, Hall of Fame President Jeff Idelson was on hand to accept Ichiro’s jersey, a pair of cleats, his arm guard and batting gloves.
“There’s no current player I’ve ever encountered that has as deep an appreciation for baseball history as Ichiro does,” Idelson stated. “This is a guy who understands his place in history and because of that, as a sport and as a country we are richer.”
Ichiro has been to the Hall of Fame six times, mostly coming on his own.
