One of two men caught selling bogus vintage cards on eBay has done his time in the pokey. "But Ward, he seems like such a nice young man……."
Just when you think you’ve got everyone fooled, the police burst into your house with guns. Such was the rude awakening for 27 year-old Robert Stewart of San Diego. Together, he and a partner tried to con collectors out of their money by selling home made baseball cards.
The alleged mastermind of one of the biggest Internet rip-offs in that city walked out of jail recently. Stewart, 27, said he had a story to tell and a warning to protect others from internet thieves and counterfeit operators like him.
