Burglars stole several unopened cases of Panini America football and basketball products from the GTS Distribution warehouse facility in Anaheim, CA over the weekend.
The missing cases include:
- 2017-18 Flawless Basketball
- 2019-20 Flawless Basketball
- 2020-21 National Treasures Basketball
- 2021 National Treasures Football
- 2021-22 Revolution Basketball (TMall version)
- 2021-22 Obsidian Basketball
Cases of 2019-20 Flawless typically sell for over $20,000.
The Anaheim Police Department confirmed that a burglary investigation is currently underway but wouldn’t offer any additional details.
GTS is looking for help from the shop owners, retailers and collectors in recovering the stolen merchandise, which may be offered at suspiciously low prices. The company says it’s possible the external packaging may be damaged “due to being mishandled during the theft.”
Monday night, they released security photos of the two vehicles believed to have been involved in the burglary.
