eBay is increasing the per-order fee for sales of $10 or more on 3/15 from 30 cents to 40 cents.
For example: If you sell a card for $25, you’ll now pay $3.71 instead of $3.61. There will be no change for items sold for $10 or less.
The company made the announcement this week in its Winter Seller Update, which also included a new rule requiring buyers to pay for an item in order to accept an offer from a seller.

A jersey that may have been the last one worn during Gordie Howe’s legendary career with the Detroit Red Wings sold for $173,102 early Wednesday morning.
The red 1970-71 durene jersey was a gift by Howe to a 12-year-old back whose father was a neighbor of Howe. Shipped to his daughter many years later, it was essentially forgotten until its recent consignment to Classic Auctions in Montreal.
The jersey was matched to multiple photos of Howe wearing it on the ice late in the ’70-71 season.
Howe won four Stanley Cups with and scored 786 of his 801 NHL goals with the Wings.

Grey Flannel Auctions says it will offer a newly photo matched 1968-69 Wilt Chamberlain Lakers road jersey in its upcoming auction.
The season was Chamberlain’s first in Los Angeles after he was traded by the Philadelphia 76ers following his 1967-68 MVP campaign. It didn’t always go smoothly. Clashes with coach Butch van Breda Kolff saw Chamberlain riding the bench on multiple occasions.
Matched up against the Boston Celtics once again in the NBA Finals, the heavily favored Lakers lost with Chamberlain suffering an injury late in Game 7.
The purple jersey was sold for over $22,000 in 2005 without a photo match.
The auction is scheduled to begin in April.
