It took a little intervention from a Chicago Tribune columnist for a man to get his Chris Zorich autographed football.
Even retired pro athletes can be hard to track down. A man who paid 500 bucks in a charity auction for an autographed football from the former Notre Dame and Chicago Bears’ defensive lineman tried numerous times to get what he paid for.
Some Zorich Foundation staffers appear to have fumbled this one. Only when the Chicago Tribune stepped in did things finally get done.
