The Atlanta Braves will offer fans the chance to bid on game used jerseys and other equipment during their Fan Fest this weekend.
The Atlanta Braves will hold their annual Fan Fest at the Georgia World Congress Center this year, with current and former players set to sign autographs. The club will also be selling game-used memorabilia.
Braves players confirmed to attend and participate in various interactive activities including skills clinics, autograph sessions, photo stations and more include: John Smoltz, Mark Teixeira, Chipper Jones, Brian McCann, Jeff Francoeur, Tom Glavine, Chuck James, Kelly Johnson, Matt Diaz, Javy Lopez, Buddy Carlyle, Mike Gonzalez, Jeff Bennett, Blaine Boyer, Will Ohman, Chris Resop, Royce Ring, and Joey Devine.
Braves coaches attending FanFest include Roger McDowell, Terry Pendleton, Brian Snitker, Chino Cadahia, Frank Fultz, and Alan Butts.
Braves alumni participating at FanFest will include Brian Jordan, Marquis Grissom, Greg McMichael, Jay Howell, Mike Devereaux, Brian Hunter, Pete Smith, Sid Bream, Greg Olsen, and more. Braves "Rising Stars" taking part in the festivities include Clint Sammons, Josh Anderson, and Zach Schreiber.
From 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday, January 13, Braves fans will have the opportunity to meet Atlanta Braves players, alumni, and top prospects, collect autographs, play interactive games, participate in skills clinics, and shop for Braves memorabilia.
All activities once inside Braves FanFest 2008, including autograph sessions with Braves players, coaches, and alumni, will be free.

Atlanta Braves Autograph Stations – Three autograph stations will feature a rotating marquee of Atlanta Braves players, coaches, alumni, and top prospects from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sunday.
Atlanta Braves Photo Station – Fans can stop by the Atlanta Braves Photo Station to pose for photos with Braves players, coaches, alumni, and top prospects. A life-size Atlanta Braves team photo cutout and replica Braves dugout will also be on display for photo opportunities.
Throw with a Pro – Braves fans will have the opportunity to play catch with Braves players, coaches, alumni, and rising stars.
FanFest Main Stage – Atlanta Braves broadcasters will host conversations between fans and players, coaches, alumni, and future stars.
Atlanta Braves Foundation Community Corner – Braves memorabilia, including game-worn Braves jerseys, autographed baseballs, bats, photos, lineup cards, and game-used equipment will be on sale at the Atlanta Braves Foundation Community Corner.
New in 2008, the "Community Closet" will feature an array of collectible items on sale for a substantial discount as the Braves clean their closets to make room for new memorabilia in 2008.
Braves Museum and Hall of Fame – Historic Braves artifacts, including the 1995 World Series Championship trophy and jerseys from Boston, Milwaukee, and Atlanta will be on display for fans to see at the Braves Museum and Hall of Fame exhibit.
Negro Leagues, Latin-American Beisbol, and Women in Baseball – Three traveling exhibits will explore the rich history of the Negro Leagues, Latin American Beisbol, and Women in Baseball. Fans can take a step back in time and view historic artifacts, photos, and memorabilia on display.
New in 2008, a very limited number of "Elite Passes" are available for fans to bid on at braves.com/fanfest. Fans holding an "Elite Pass" will be able to take advantage of a separate "fast pass" line for all activities, including player photo booths and autograph stations. Only 50 Elite Passes are available for each day of FanFest, to ensure that all fans, those with Elite Passes and those with general admission tickets, will be able to enjoy the many activities FanFest has to offer. Open bidding for Elite Passes will end Wednesday, January 9, at 6:00 p.m. Elite Passes will not be available for purchase on the days of the event.
Tickets for the annual Braves fan festival are available online at Braves.com/FanFest, by calling 1-800-326-4000, at all TicketMaster location, or by visiting the Turner Field Ticket Office. Tickets will also be available on the days of the event at the Georgia World Congress Center in the main lobby of Hall A. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Atlanta Braves Foundation.
