Those of you who participate in the eBay Bucks program might be getting a significant bonus on purchases, whether you use the site in the traditional fashion or an access the eBay mobile app.

Bay has announced a September promotion that offers a sizeable cash back bonus for purchases made over the next couple of days.
Users will receive 10% back in eBay Bucks for every qualifying item of $50 or more through the app and an 8% rebate using the website in the traditional way. For example, a $1,000 purchase would result in either $80 or $100 in eBay Bucks to the user’s account.
Only users who see the offer when they go to eBay’s homepage are eligible.
The promotion will continue until 2:59 AM Eastern time on Friday (1:59 AM Central/11:59 PM Thursday Pacific time).
