For the first time since 1960, the city of Brotherly Love can celebrate an NFL title. Within moments of the end of Super Bowl LII, Philadelphia Eagles Super Bowl champions memorabilia went on sale but buyers are also hitting eBay to find cards and other items. Always a hotbed for collectors, sales should be strong in the Philly area.
Modell’s stores in the Mid-Atlantic region opened immediately after the game and re-opened before most people around the country were out of bed. According to an ESPN report, Fanatics could sell more Eagles Super Bowl memorabilia than any sports team besides the 2016 Cubs.
Here’s a look at some of the items on the market now:
Eagles Super Bowl LII Champions Football
“The Duke” gets special treatment with a commemorative Wilson football that features a metallic colored panel highlighting the team’s victory over New England.
Like the official game ball, this one includes the official Super Bowl LII logo and the signature of commissioner Roger Goodell. Cost? About $150 on eBay.
Nick Foles Autographed, Inscribed Super Bowl Trophy Photo
Foles put together one of the great games any Super Bowl QB has ever had. He finished 28-of-43 passing for 373 yards, three touchdowns, an interception and a 106.1 passer rating.
There’s a great photo of him hoisting the Lombardi trophy that will be signed and inscribed. The cost is $350 for a 16×20.
Eagles Autographed Helmets, Footballs
Numerous Eagles will take part in private signing sessions in the days after the Super Bowl. There should be plenty of demand from fans and collectors looking for multi-signed items. An Eagles helmet with at least 19 authenticated signatures including Alshon Jeffery, defensive hero Brandon Graham, running back Corey Clement and quarterback Carson Wentz is being offered for $2999.99. The same helmet, with multiple inscriptions by the players, is $3999.99.
Items are usually delivered once all of the signatures are obtained, usually within a couple of of weeks.
You can also own single-signed helmets that won’t cost quite as much with Wentz, Zach Ertz, Jeffery and other players offered.
Single and multi-signed footballs vary in price, depending on the player.
Super Bowl LII Champs Football, Jersey Display Cases
What good is having a signed or commemorative Super Bowl LII football without something nice to display it? You don’t have to buy a generic one, though. You can buy one that has the Super Bowl LII logo on the front with the Eagles logo and “Champions.” There’s also a wall case to show off your official program from the game and some to house your autographed Eagles jersey. Prices for display cases vary a little but start at around $65 for a football case.
You can check out all of the case options here.
Eagles Autographed Photos
A 16×20 photo from the game with those 19 signatures will run $1299.99. However, if you’re looking for a simple photo or three from the Eagles’ biggest win since 1960, you can pick up some really nice, framed ones for under $55 here.
Eagles Super Bowl Collage
While autographed Eagles items might be on the pricey side in the wake of the Super Bowl victory, you can own a 15×17 Super Bowl 52 collage that includes a little piece from a game-used football for $129.99. It’s probably among the better values.
Super Bowl 52 Program
Couldn’t make it to Minnesota for the game? You can own an official Super Bowl 52 program for a very limited investment. There’s a national edition but for a little more, you can own the one sold in Minneapolis that has a holographic cover. Prices start at around $20.
Eagles Rookie Cards
There aren’t any mega stars on the Eagles roster and that makes their rookie cards very reasonably priced. Prices for Super Bowl MVP Nick Foles (who would have bet money on that back in October?) are a little higher than they were earlier in the season, but you can still own an autographed one for a very limited investment and unsigned cards for not much more than pocket change. There are plenty of Nick Foles rookie cards on eBay.
Graham, who made a play fans will be talking about for a long time, also has a few cards and most will cost you less than a good steak dinner.
Eagles Super Bowl Commemorative Card Set
Through its on-demand “Instant” platform, Panini is selling a 36-card Eagles Super Bowl set with photos from the game. There’s also a Nick Foles touchdown reception card in the set. They are only available for a limited time.
