The December edition of the tri-annual Philly Show will bring dozens of sports card and memorabilia dealers to the Valley Forge Casino Resort this weekend.
Hall of Famers Rickey Henderson, Steve Carlton and Paul Hornung join several former Philadelphia athletes and coaches including Donovan McNabb, John LeClair, Curt Schilling, Charlie Manuel, Jimy Williams and Todd Pratt as autograph guests (schedule and complete list here).
Over 60 dealers and several service providers will be set up. PSA and SGC will be on hand, taking grading and authentication submissions.
Show hours are Friday 3 PM-8 PM, Saturday 9-5 and Sunday 10-4. Admission is $8 with a three-day pass available for $21.
The hobby’s longest running show traces its roots back to the mid-1970s, where it began as an event organized by the Eastern Pennsylvania Sports Collectors Club. Today, Hunt Auctions oversees the event, with 2016 shows planned in late February, September and again in December.
