The NBA All-Star Jam Session gets underway this week in Dallas with free autographs on the docket if you’re willing to stand in line.
The NBA and Cowboys’ Stadium owner Jerry Jones are hoping to draw 100,000 people for Sunday’s NBA All-Star game, but if you can’t afford a ticket even in the nosebleed seats, consider the league’s annual fun fest called Jam Session.
Interactive games and player appearances highlight this annual pre-All Star event.
This year’s Jam Session is at the Dallas Convention Center and among the autograph guests are some well-known former Mavericks, a Basketball Hall of Famer and an NBA Dunk Contest winner.
NBA and even a few WNBA players will be on the autograph stage signing for free–but remember it does cost $20 to get in the door.
Here’s the schedule:
6:00pm: A.C. Green, Detlef Schrempf, Erick Dampier, Marie Ferdinand-Harris
11:00am: Brandon Jennings, Robert Horry, Chris Mullin and Bruce Bowen
3:00 pm: Mark Aguirre, Derek Harper
