For the third time in as many years, Collectors Holdings, the parent company of Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), is expanding the operational footprint at its headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.
Collectors has signed a new, 15-year lease at its current location and is taking hold of another 102,000 square feet of office space. The Collectors organization, including WATA, which authenticates and grades video games and recently relocated from Denver, will now occupy 286,636 square feet in all.
“This further expansion provides us with a more organized and efficient operation for all of our business lines,” stated Mike West, Chief Operating Officer at Collectors. “This will translate to an employee-centric work environment where staff members can perform at their very best.”
Collectors officials expect to complete the buildout and move different departments into place by the end of 2023. In addition, this past March, the company announced the signing of a long-term lease for 130,000 square feet of office space in Jersey City, NJ. That space, which remains partly under construction, now has a small team of PSA staffers in place who have increased the company’s East Coast presence.
Collectors also opened a satellite office in Seattle this past year and, since 2018, has had an office in Tokyo, Japan, which will have full grading operations by July 2023.
