The L.A. Clippers have agreed to a partnership that will bring game-worn jerseys from one of the NBA’s championship favorites to collectors through the MeiGray Group. Announced Monday afternoon, the deal runs through the 2021-2022 season.
MeiGray, which directs the NBA & MeiGray Game-Worn Authentication Program, will be working directly with the Clippers to offer jerseys worn by Kawhi Leonard, Patrick Beverley, Paul George, Lou Williams and the rest of the Clippers roster.
Each jersey will be authenticated by MeiGray, entered into a database and offered for sale with a Clippers-MeiGray Letter of Authenticity.
The Clippers will wear five different styles of jerseys this season, including one that honors the team’s history as the Buffalo Braves, an expansion team that debuted in the early 1970s. Many jerseys will be offered for pre-order so collectors can actually watch them being worn in a specific game.
The program will also offer sets of Clippers game-worn jerseys for bid throughout the season at NBAAuctions.com.

The Clippers open the 2019-20 season at home Tuesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers.
