Game-used memorabilia brings collectors and fans out in the Canadian Football League– although this wasn’t exactly a season to remember for the Edmonton Eskimos.
It might be a stretch to call them the New York Yankees of the CFL, but the Edmonton Eskimos hadn’t missed the CFL playoffs since the early 1970s. That streak came to an end this year, but the team’s "lockerroom sale" still drew a crowd of fans.
The team sold game-used footballs, helmets, jerseys and even the mascot’s gear. Sounds like they have some leftovers.
