Certified Collectibles Group, the parent company of CSG, and PWCC are extending their partnership agreement to include the option for collectors to submit newly graded cards into the PWCC Vault.
Located in tax-free Oregon, the vault was launched in 2013 and offers storage and insurance for a variety of physical assets including cards.
“The expansion of our partnership with PWCC translates to a more streamlined process of grading, storing and transacting for collectors,” remakred Steven R. Eichenbaum, CEO of the Certified Collectibles Group, the parent company of CSG.
Collectors submitting assets for authentication and grading who don’t currently have an account with PWCC will select “Send to My PWCC Vault” when filling out the CSG (sports) or CGC (gaming and non-sports) online submission form.
Cards submitted to CGC Trading Cards and CSG will be authenticated, graded, encapsulated and then shipped to PWCC where they receive high-resolution imaging and are curated into a client’s PWCC Vault Portfolio. Items stored can be accessed and managed at any time via a digital portfolio featuring high-resolution imaging and PWCC value estimates. Collectors can opt to sell their cards at any time, on any market, with cards shipped to their new owners through the PWCC Vault.
“Adding streamlined PWCC vaulting services to CGC Trading Cards and CSG submissions aligns with the goals of both companies to better serve the collecting community,” stated Jesse Craig, Vice President of Sales at PWCC Marketplace. “This vault partnership is exciting because it improves access to security, insurance, marketplaces, and capital offerings for clients and their collections.”
