OK…sorry that sounds like an advertisement.
It’s just that I’ve just run across a web site that seems like a no-brainer for anyone who uses eBay or shops online in their non-collecting life.
It’s called BigCrumbs.com. They’re hooked up with eBay and a ton of other retailers and promise to give you cash back for what you buy. If you are selling on eBay, you can also earn money back–and not just a few pennies. At least that’s the claim and it certainly appears as if it has worked pretty well for a number of people. There is no cost to sign up which is why I’m recommending you try it…or at least check it out.
It’s a rebate type program for the advertisers like eBay who are willing to give $ back if there are a lot of links out there encouraging people to buy and sell. It drives sales. For you, it’s kind of like using a cash back credit card. The program, by the way, is totally free. Payouts from eBay can be very nice, especially if you’re willing to bug friends about signing up.
That PSA 9 1951 Bowman Willie Mays on eBay closed at $60,000 last week–short of the seller’s reserve.
