Is it a signed confession or just a powerful symbol of the new century’s most controversial athlete? Either way, it’s definitely a "limited edition".
Several years ago, it was just another Barry Bonds autographed poster. He probably didn’t think much about it at the time. Some see Bonds autograph on a BALCO poster as an ironic symbol of one of baseball’s most difficult periods.
A San Diego man bought it a few years ago and is now hoping the publicity surrounding Bonds’ pursuit of Hank Aaron’s all-time record might be enough to attract a buyer. It wasn’t. At least not at $10,000. The eBay listing ended Thursday night without a bidder.
But Keith Fitzgerald still thinks the poster is pretty cool. Or pretty disgusting. He’s re-listed the poster, hoping to find a buyer.
