Want to see the attic find that’s turned the hobby upside down this month? You’ll get your chance.
Several members ot the Kissner family who own the hoard of hundreds of 1910 E98 cards will travel to the National Sports Collectors Convention in Baltimore to talk about the family’s good fortune. In addition, many of the cards from the find will be on display at the Heritage Acuctions and PSA corporate booths at the National.
In February, the well-preserved cards were pulled from the attic of a home in Defiance, Ohio, where they had been sitting for more than 100 years. The find had been kept quiet for months as the cards were graded, authenticated and prepared for auction.
The National Sports Collectors Convention takes place Wednesday, August 1 through Sunday, August 5 at the Baltimore Convention Center.
A number of these cards will be part of Heritage’s auction scheduled for August 2nd during the National.
