Barry Bonds may be an island onto himself at times, but that may have helped McFarlane Toys prepare what could be its biggest seller of the year.
Wanting to release a Barry Bonds 756 home run figure immediately after the record was broken, McFarlane worked with Bonds to guesstimate what Bonds would be wearing when the record fell. They got it right and now some 20,000 little Barrys are ready for sale.
