The market for autographed sports memorabilia has gotten so big, contract negotiations sometimes bog down…but some big league baseball teams adopt the "all for one and one for all" approach.
Tri Star Productions’ attempt to garner autographs from the World Series champion St. Louis Cardinals and market team-signed baseballs was apparently held up by the price a couple of big name stars were asking.
That wasn’t apparently the case when the Houston Astros considered the proposition after winning the 2005 NL pennant. Roger Clemens, Jeff Bagwell and Craig Biggio took more but gave back to their less fortunate teammates.
