All-Sports Auctions kicks off its 40th online catalog sale Monday with the usual wide mix of primarily lower cost single cards, lots and memorabilia cross a variety of sports.
Longtime hobbyist Andy Sandler has pieced together an online sale of more than 550 lots.
A completely graded set of 1951 Topps Blue Backs kicks off the vintage card portion of the catalog. One of the best on PSA’s Set Registry at 7.35 overall despite condition sensitivity challenges, it includes 25 cards graded NM/MT 8 and two graded PSA 9.
A partial set of 1956 Topps is also part of the sale as well as several raw lots and partial sets from a variety of years and sports. Single cards from the 1950s include those featuring Jackie Robinson, Willie Mays, Roberto Clemente and Ted Williams.
There are raw copies of the 1888 Allen & Ginter N28 Mike “King” Kelly, ungraded 1954 Topps Hank Aaron and 1955 Topps Sandy Koufax rookie cards, a 1948 Bowman George Mikan rookie and several rarely seen vintage cards such as the only 1967 Topps Stand-up Proof card of Max Alvis ever examined by PSA, the first 1955 Boston Bruins Photos Terry Sawchuk card ever graded (VG 3) and a 1955 Johnston Cookies hand cut panel with Warren Spahn that is also the first graded.

The memorabilia side opens with a rare 1920s era stadium seat from the Pacific Coast League days of Wrigley Field in Los Angeles.
Other items include a 1970s New York Knicks travel bag, numerous photos from 1920’s-60s including Type 1 images and Hall of Famers, team picture packs, autographs including a signed 1972 Topps Nolan Ryan and a 1961 Topps Frank Robinson, both carrying PSA authentication, defunct league and team items, broadsides of the 1940 Detroit Eagles, a Joe Louis boxing movie, an 1897 Harvard Baseball usher’s badge, items from the 1932 Olympic Games, a 1973 NBA Players Association Oscar Robertson 8×10 graded 8.5 by PSA and a survey and letter to former Atlanta Falcons owner Rankin Smith.
The auction opens Tuesday, June 6 and closes June 15.
