2022 Topps Dynasty, one of the annual fan-favorite high-end Topps baseball sets, is scheduled to release April 14. It’s the 10th year for Dynasty, which Topps touted back in 2014 as their “most premium” baseball product ever “featuring the most carefully curated subject list in trading card history”.
It’s a very late arrival for Dynasty, which hits the market more than 16 months after the 2021 edition. A checklist is available for download at the bottom of the page.
As in previous years, each box will contain one encased on-card autographed relic card numbered to 10 or less. If you’re lucky, some boxes may have a 1/1 cut signature card. There are five boxes per case.
Relics will include game-used jersey patches, pieces of special event baseballs, batting gloves and other game-used items.
Autographed Jumbo Patch Cards are making their debut in 2022 Dynasty. Those cards will feature a large swatch with a piece of game-used uniform and an on-card auto.
Those are numbered to 5 with a Gold 1/1 parallel.
Rookies, like Julio Rodriguez, will headline the product, along with active and retired stars.
