After being hit with a lawsuit over a failure to sign and return football cards he had agreed to supply, Dallas Cowboys receiver Cee Dee Lamb appears to have returned the cards in question–complete with his trademark scribble.
Leaf stated it had received the cards Tuesday afternoon, with on-card signatures from the two-year NFL veteran. They indicated customers who had pulled redemption cards for the autographs would be receiving them soon.
Leaf announced Monday it had filed suit in Texas over Lamb’s initial failure to return cards he had agreed to sign and return to the company. The well publicized court action is now presumably over.
It’s not cheap, but it probably won’t last long.
