Within minutes of the last pitch late Wednesday night, Topps announced three sets of Washington Nationals World Series baseball cards from its on-demand platform. The price depends on the size of the set and whether you’re interested in autographs or not. All will be printed on 16pt glossy trading card stock with a rainbow logo laminate security feature on the back.
There’s a 20-card set that will include 20 cards including one autographed by one of six players: home run hero Howie Kendrick, Max Scherzer, Juan Soto, Patrick Corbin, Victor Robles or Kurt Suzuki. If you’re willing to order six sets, you’re guaranteed an auto from all six. There are also serial numbered autograph parallels for all six players possible. They’ll be numbered to 199, 99, 49, 25 , 10, 5 and 1/1.
The primary—and cheapest—set contains ten cards. Nine players are featured including Series MVP Stephen Strasburg, Juan Soto, Max Scherzer, Patrick Corbin, Anthony Rendon, Ryan Zimmerman, Kurt Suzuki, Trea Turner and Adam Eaton. There’s also a team card.
If you want more players, you can pick the 23-card set that includes Howie Kendrick.
Topps NOW also released several cards chronicling Game 7 on Thursday afternoon including some autographed relic cards featuring Kendrick, triple relic cards of Kendrick, Soto and Corbin and signed cards of Corbin. Many sold out within minutes. Among the parallels are light blue versions Topps is calling “Baby Shark”).
They’ll only be available for 24 hours.
You can get the info on all of the sets on the Topps website.
