This year’s impressive class of first year MLB players is the focus of Topps’ latest on-demand set.
Topps 2019 Rookie Review highlights the top rookie cards of the year with an offering that includes a complete set along with two autographs and two chase cards. A full checklist is below.
Rookie Review packages will include the entire 50-card base set made up of 2019 rookies including Pete Alonso, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Eloy Jimenez, Fernando Tatis, Keston Hiura, Austin Riley and Cavan Biggio, among others. The backs of the cards are simple with a short recap of the player’s season followed by a message about the set.
Two autographed cards will be randomly inserted. Most will be unnumbered but there will be parallel versions numbered to 10 and 1. A total of 22 different players have signed for the product.
Also included in the Rookie Review package will be one card from a five-card chase set of Rookie Campaign cards featuring Alonso in the style of Topps NOW. Each will feature a highlight from his Rookie of the Year season. One Photo Variation card rounds out the package.
Each set is priced at $100 and will be available for seven days via this page on the Topps website.
