National Baseball Card Day returns for a third straight season this Saturday. The 2018 edition offers the chance to pick up a free five-card pack at your participating local hobby shop.
. If you spend $10 or more, you’ll also receive a bonus card featuring Aaron Judge. 
Come back on Saturday, August 25 and spend another $10 on Topps products and you’ll get a second exclusive card featuring an as yet unannounced 2018 rookie.
The cards feature the NBCD logo and the checklist includes some top young stars (see below). One player from all 30 teams will be featured in the complete set.
Some have been autographed and will be randomly inserted into packs. Gleyber Torres, Miguel Andujar, Shohei Ohtani and Ronald Acuna are among the names on the autograph checklist.
Major League teams have also been holding four card pack giveaways as part of the promotion since late last month. The ballpark part of the event is listed on each MLB team’s promotional calendar.
