A Look at the 2018 Topps Industry Conference Cards, Checklist

Hobby shop owners who attended Topps’ first Industry Conference event in Phoenix came home with some pretty nice cards created just for the event.  Now, we’ve got a checklist (see below).

The first card handed out was of Cincinnati Reds prospect Hunter Greene, who was on hand Sunday night to sign them in person.  The card was created in a Bowman design.

Topps also produced a special “Home Run Challenge” card of Paul Goldschmidt and the Arizona Diamondbacks star added his signature to those during a Monday night meet and greet.

There were three variations of the Greene and Goldschmidt cards numbered to 50 each.

At the event inside the Talking Stick Resort, encapsulated cards were handed out to attendees on each of the Conference’s three days. The checklist of autographed and autographed relic cards included a few rookies, along with current and former stars and even some Hall of Famers.  Sandy Koufax, Mike Trout and Derek Jeter were just a few of the bigger names.

What becomes of the 2018 Topps Industry Conference cards will be up to the shop owners and distributors who attended. Most will be given away but some have made their way to eBay.  You can see them here
