When the NBA regular season will be heading into its final weeks, 2018-19 Panini Cornerstones will return for a second straight season. Born out of an insert, Cornerstones is now a standalone product offering a mix of content at a mid-range price point.
There are no specifics on pricing yet on pricing but last season’s boxes are available online for a little under $100.
Rookie Cornerstones is the “foundation” of the product, according to Panini with base versions numbered to 199 as well as Crystal (numbered to 75), Quartz (numbered to 49), Marble (numbered to 10) and Onyx 1/1 parallels.
Other key pulls will include Franchise Pillars autograph cards in Base (numbered to 129), Crystal (numbered to 49), Quartz (numbered to 25), Marble (numbered to 10) and Onyx 1/1 versions.
Elemental Signatures will have autographs featuring NBA veterans. Base versions are numbered to 129 or less with Crystal, Quartz, Marble and Onyx parallel versions.
Among the more eye-catching inserts is Downtown, with an artistic design that features players against a backdrop of the player’s home city.
Startups and Unbreakables inserts will be printed on Holographic Film Board with a PVC Vinyl back. As stated above, each box will have one.
Legendary Cornerstones will showcase past greats and also have parallel versions.
2018-19 Panini Cornerstones is due out in late March.
