It’s an annual favorite of high-end hoops collectors and flippers and it’s back for another year this fall.
Typically housed in a metal briefcase, one-pack boxes of 2019 Panini Flawless NBA will contain ten cards, eight of which will be autographs this year (that’s up from seven a year ago). A memorabilia card and one with an embedded diamond round out the haul. Each case will contain two boxes.
One of the product’s top annual selling points is that every autograph has been signed directly on the cards, which are made of ultra thick stock. Flawless also marks the first time game-worn jersey pieces from last season’s rookies will be utilized in an NBA trading card product.
All base rookie cards will be numbered to 20 and include one of those tiny diamonds.
Specific details are a little sketchy but look for Logoman, Laundry Tags, Championship Tags, Distinguished Autographs, Horizontal Patch Autographs, Legendary Scripts, Star Swatch Signatures, Flawless Patch Autographs and Signature Prime Materials.
2018-19 Panini Flawless basketball is due out on October 9. The SRP is $1,500 per box.
