Topps brings one of its baseball brands to the octagon Wednesday with the release of 2016 Topps Museum UFC.
Museum branded insert cards were in last year’s Knockout product, but this year marks the first time it’ll be a standalone set inside Topps’ exclusive UFC trading card stable.
Boxes will consist of one eight-card pack and collectors can expect one autograph, one auto relic and one relic card in each. A full checklist for 2016 Topps Museum UFC is available below.
2016 Topps Museum UFC Basics
The base set will include 50 of what Topps calls the “top UFC fighters” on both the mens and womens side. Card #1 is Georges St.-Pierre and Meisha Tate is #2.
As usual with most of today’s trading card products, there will be parallels including: Copper (numbered), Gold (numbered to 75), Sapphire (numbered to 50), Ruby (numbered to 25) and Emerald (1/1).
Inserts
Canvas Collection Originals – A fixture in Topps’ baseball and football releases, Canvas Collection will be part of the UFC product, with 1/1 original fighter artworks created by artists contracted to Topps.
Relic Cards
Meaningful Material Relics – Fight-worn or event-used materials will be sliced and diced for inclusion. Parallels include Gold (numbered to 35), Copper (numbered to 10), and Emerald (1/1).
Museum Memorabilia – These jumbo-sized relic pieces will feature UFC material. Each will be 1/1.
Three different tiers of Quad Relics that have pieces of fighter-worn or event-used memorabilia will also be in the mix.
Autograph Cards

Museum Collection Framed Autographs – Framed cards with on-card autographs. Parallels include Gold Frame (numbered to 15), Silver Frame (numbered to 5), and Black Frame (1/1).
Dual Autographs: Two fighters pictured on the same card, each with an autograph.
Autograph Relic Cards
Gold (numbered to 25) and Emerald (1/1) parallels will be the big chase cards here but more common will be the standard single, dual and triple auto relics that will also be sequentially numbered.
