The current season still has about three months to go, but Topps is already planning for next year. 2017 Topps Stickers will be among the first baseball products to arrive when they hit shelves on March 2. The annual set is geared toward kids but budget-minded adults also have grown to appreciate the lower cost and ease of set building.
Once again, each pack will contain eight stickers with 50 packs in each box at a retail cost of about $35-$40. There will be a 32-page album to hold them, sold separately.
A complete set will consist of 300 stickers featuring current players and mascots. Topps also says it will also create stickers that can be downloaded from its website during the season.
The 2017 Topps Stickers are typically sold through hobby shops but get bigger play at Target and Walmart.
