There were more than more than 1,750 items on the block in the 2017 Goldin Auctions Summer Online Auction and after tens of thousands of bids from thousands of collectors, it was basketball and baseball cards and memorabilia from Aaron Judge and the 1969 and 1986 Mets that stole the show.
Combined with the 90-lot live auction staged on July 27, during the National Sports Collector’s Convention in Chicago, the auction netted $4.5 million in sales, setting company records for most unique bidders and winners.
