The new NBA season will be tipping off when 2017-18 Panini Immaculate arrives but it’s not likely fans of one of the company’s most familiar high-end brands will mind. It’s one of those products that remains pretty consistent from year to year with a heavy dose of autographs and memorabilia cards that incorporate some decidedly unusual materials.
Immaculate offers six cards per pack, five of which will carry autographs and/or memorabilia at a cost that typically lands at around $650. The secondary market value of some of the rookie cards is what attracts buyers and the ’16-17 rookie class was a strong one.
Rookie Patch Autographs are at the heart of Immaculate with on card signatures on thick card stock. Dual Rookie Logoman Autographs return as well.
Dual, triple and quad autographs will showcase various groupings of rookies, stars and past greats.
New this year are patch cards that feature the brand logo and team slogans.
Sneaker cards will play a big part in 2017-18 Immaculate basketball. Sneak Peek will feature whole heel logos, brand logos, tongue logos and even shoelaces.
Others to look for: Jumbo patches from player’s jersey number, team logo and nameplate.
2017-18 Panini Immaculate basketball is set to release on October 17. You can see boxes and cases on eBay here.
