With the promise of more on card autographs than in past years, 2013 Topps Finest Football is now on the drawing board. The product, set to be released in August, is an annual tradition dating back to the 1990s and the general concept remains: Refractors, autographed relic cards, plenty of rookie cards and a few surprises.
Featuring 12 packs spaced out over two mini boxes for a little over $100, you can expect Finest to yield a total of 60 cards, with the focus pressed firmly on this year’s rookie class.
Every master box of Finest Football will include:

•1 Autograph Jumbo Relic Card
•2 Die-Cut Finest Atomic Refractor Rookie Cards
•2 Finest Moments Insert Cards
The Rookie Refractor Autographed Patch Cards checklist will include up to 40 NFL rookies featured with a multi-color patch and signature on Finest refractor technology.

There will be up to 50 rookie and veteran NFL players featured on autographed cards with a jumbo jersey relic swatch in the Autographed Jumbo Relic Refractor group. Look for:

Among those relics will be some premium content including:

The base set will include 100 veterans and 50 rookie cards.
Among the bonus hits this year will be Uncut Sheet Redemptions featuring uncut sheets of veteran and rookie base forms including Refractor and X-Fractor parallels.
