A collage of early baseball photos from the 1870s including Harry Wright drew lots of interest from vintage fans this week.
An apparent estate find turned up some interesting Boston Red Stockings photos put together with some care over 130 years ago.
The lot of 11 photos were glued onto a matte and featured original images of some of the game’s pioneers. The Boston-based seller watched the final bid come in late Tuesday at nearly $13,000.
