ROFL, great for Topps and the kids that would benefit!
A shame that a lot of these companies try to think about the local card shops and create these promotions, but then the card shops don't want to follow the rules and show that they are only about making money any way they can. Topps and Panini know that the internet retailers are hurting the local guys, so they do these things to HELP them.
Wonder if Topps can sue these card shops for breaching a street date on a product?
