T206 Wagner Has Grown in Value

It's created national headlines just about every time it has sold. Questions about its origin and history haven't deterred buyers from stepping up to the plate to own the famous T206 Honus Wagner card over the past 20 years.

*It is believed the card was originally purchased in 1985 as part of a T206 collection. The buyer was Bill Mastro, a long-time collector and current President of Mastro Auctions, who reportedly paid $25,000 for the group of cards.
