A mix of football memorabilia is on the block in Miami this weekend.
Hunt Auctions and the NFL are taking bids on the items in this year’s Super Bowl auction in Miami.
Over 500 items are expected to go on the block before it’s all over on Sunday.
As of late Thursday, a Joe Namath game-worn Jets jersey had been bid up to $22,990 while a 1940s Sammy Baugh Redskins’ shirt was in the same ballpark.
They’re two of the top pieces in this year’s event, which also includes some items from more recent times.
The Washington Examiner delved into the Baugh jersey and the auction with this story.
Hunt Auctions’ president David Hunt was on Fox News earlier in the week, showing off some of the game-worn jerseys. Watch:
