Sports, Entertainment Agency Launches Online Autograph Store

Creative Artists Agency, which represents numerous well known athletes and entertainers, has launched an online store, offering authentic autographed sports memorabilia.

Prize Authentics will offer memorabilia from professionals working in sports, movies, television, music, and beyond. At launch, the selection will focus on the sports stars Autographed 2131 photo Cal Ripken Jr.of today, with items from eight-time NBA All-Star Chris Bosh, 2013 NBA Slam Dunk Champion Terrence Ross, the Signed Philip Hughes jersey#2 overall selection in the 2013 NFL Draft Luke Joeckel, MLB ALCS MVP Matt Garza, World Series Champion Phil Hughes, and Baseball Hall of Fame inductee Cal Ripken Jr. Available offerings include signed photographs, bats, balls, and jerseys, among other items. Memorabilia from additional elite athletes will be added soon.

Prize Authentics’ collection currently includes more than 500 items, sourced directly from the athletes. The selection ranges in cost from a $159 autographed 8”x10” photo of Ripken Jr thanking fans during his 2,131st consecutive game that is titled, “The Ironman” for $159, to a Miami Heat jersey autographed by Bosh for $499.

Prize Authentics HologramAll autographed memorabilia is authenticated by a Prize Authentics representative, who is present during the signing. Each item is marked with a unique serialized hologram label with integrated security technology, provided by OpSec Security. The on-product authentication program designed for Prize Authentics is part of a full suite of end-to-end technologies and services that allow verification of the validity of items.

The idea is to blend the agency’s relatiionships with the stars to Amazon’s ecommerce expertise and broad customer reach.
