Sports Agents Work With Swagbucks to Secure Game Worn Items for Giveaway

In response to the rising importance of marketing monies to attract new clients, sports agents JR Rickert and Peter Schaffer have announced a strategic digital marketing partnership with the social rewards site Swagbucks.com.

The new partnership launches with giveaway of game worn Super Bowl gloves from Authentic Athletix clients Hakeem Nicks and David Diehl of the New York Giants, and Lousaka Polite and Dorin Dickerson of the New England Patriots. The players are giving away one of a kind game used items from Super Bowl XLVI through a promotion with Swagbucks. Fans can register to win at http://www.agentjr.com/contest.

Swagbucks enables users to earn virtual currency and real life rewards for the everyday actions they take online – from searching the web to playing games to shopping online and more. Users can redeem their Swag Bucks for material goods, gift cards, charity donations and other rewards.  Since its launch in 2008, Swagbucks has awarded more than $15 million in prizes to users.

Moving forward, Authentic Athletix will be integrating their entire client-base with Swagbucks, giving them an instant and proven way to monetize their social and Internet followings.

“With the introduction of the rookie wage scale, we have had to become more competitive with the marketing partnerships we provide for our clients. Partnering with Swagbucks will allow Authentic Athletix to offer all of our veterans and recruits an easy way to cash in on all of their digital assets,” said Rickert, who represents over 100 professional athletes, entertainers, personalities, and performers.

“The Swagbucks social rewards community is a perfect marriage with athlete and celebrity followings,” said Scott Dudelson of Prodege, the parent company of Swagbucks. “We look forward to changing the paradigm of athletic endorsement.”
