Child actor turned sports card dealer Scott Schwartz helped Upper Deck land some of the 1970s and 80s entertainment stars who grace the kitschy Spectrum set. Their autographed cards have been surprisingly popular.

Big time movie stars are often harder to snare than Barry Bonds. But the current stars of stage and screen take a back seat to some names from the past in Upper Deck’s newest set.

Scott Schwartz, who played Flick in the movie A Christmas Story, now runs a southern California sports card business. His contacts in the industry opened doors for the production of UD Spectrum.
