You can walk ar
ound the National Sports Collectors Convention and it won't take long to find a Pete Rose signed...something.
Rose has autographed countless items over the last several decades, turning it into his post-baseball ban livelihood.
You'd think, like Bob Feller, that just about everyone who wanted a Rose autograph would have one.
But that's not the case.
Rose remains a popular guest, especially in the Midwest.
He made his first trip to Indianapolis since the early 1990s recently, as the featured attraction at a local sports card shop. A local reporter chronicled the visit and chatted with the man who still holds the all-time MLB hits record while waiting for Cooperstown's doors to open.
