Anyone who has one revels in Pujols’ continually amazing accomplishments. Wednesday night’s 8th inning, 3-run homer pushed the Cardinals past San Diego 4-2.

As Prince Albert continues his assault on the history books, his toughest rookie card has maintained an explosive popularity among modern card collectors.

Limited to 500 total, a BGS 9.5 graded edition sold for $6950 through eBay Wednesday night.

The sale comes a day after a BGS 9 sold for $3200. Ungraded copies have been selling for $2000-3000.
