The NFL Experience begins its nine-day run at the Indianpolis Convention Center today, with free autograph sessions and a football memorabilia show, all held in conjunction with Super Bowl XLVI.
Panini America is co-sponsoring both and they have been showing off what they’re calling their largest NFL Experience-exclusive card set ever; one that includes seven Super Bowl MVP wrapper-redemption cards, 10 Indianapolis Colts cards honoring the host team and two nine-card sets devoted to key players in this year’s game–the New England Patriots and New York Giants. Indiana fans should appreciate the exclusive 10-card Peyton Manning tribute set that will be given away free to those who visit Panini’s booth this weekend only. Collectors will get to choose one of the seven Super Bowl MVP cards produced by Panini for every three packs of the company’s cards they open at the booth. Those who buy the complete Panini America NFL Experience set (which includes the 10-card Colts set, the nine-card Patriots set and the nine-card Giants set) will also receive a special limited-edition Super Bowl XLVI patch card available only at the NFL Experience while supplies last.
As for the autograph guests, the NFL announced only about a half dozen guests for Saturday’s first session–all members of the hometown Colts including Gary Brackett (no, Manning isn’t one of them).
