Hockey’s first couple is holding an "estate sale" to help build a southern California ballpark.
If you’d like to buy a "life used" piece of Wayne and Janet Gretzky memorabilia–or the Great One’s autograph on a jersey–this is your month.
The Gretzkys are holding an "Estate Sale" to benefit Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, California on October 27. All proceeds from the sale of the Gretzky’s personal items will go towards the construction of Oaks’ new baseball stadium and various programs at nearby Carden Conejo School.
A limited number of what’s being described as "game-quality" autographed Gretzky jerseys will be sold, along with signed bottles of the just-released Wayne Gretzky Estate wines, but you can also buy home furnishings, recreational items, off road vehicles, clothing and shoes belonging to the family will also be made available.
The sale will take place at the school beginning at 7 a.m.
The new baseball stadium will include 300 elevated bleacher seats, a new player clubhouse and press box.
