Tri-Star is branching out into the manufacturing of baseball cards. Here's the official word:

TRISTAR has been selected by Major League Baseball Properties as the exclusive licensee for the production and distribution of Minor League Baseball trading cards.

TRISTAR’s trading card products will feature the first professional cards of minor league players and those selected in the current year’s amateur draft. Many of these cards will be the players’ first professional trading cards.

The first TRISTAR MiLB trading card release, “TRISTAR Prospects +,” will debut in Fall 2006 and will include June 2006 Baseball Amateur Draft selections.

TRISTAR has produced a very special National Exclusive MiLB Prospects 10-card preview set for 27th National Elite VIP Club Members only.

Complete checklist of 27th National Exclusive TRISTAR MiLB Trading Cards:

1. Brandon Wood

2. Justin Upton
