Absolute Memorabilia Tony Dorsett football cardIn the good timing department, Donruss/Playoff has released Playoff Absolute on the NFL's Opening Weekend.

Absolute Memorabilia was released to sports card stores over the weekend with each $40 (SRP) four-card pack again guaranteeing a game-used memorabilia or autograph card.

The program will have 150 Commons, 50 Rookie Cards Serial-Numbered to 699 or less, 50 Autographed Rookie Cards Serial-Numbered to 349 or less and 34 Rookie Premier Material Rookie Cards Serial-Numbered to 849 or less.

Absolute features the industry's first memorabilia NFL rookie cards in the Rookie Premiere Materials subset. Players like JaMarcus Russell, Calvin Johnson, Adrian Peterson, Brady Quinn, Marshawn Lynch and Ted Ginn are featured. The NFL Icons insert also returns featuring die-cut swatch cards of former superstars Barry Sanders, Dan Marino, Joe Montana, Tony Dorsett and Walter Payton. Triple, Quads, Jumbos and Prime Material memorabilia cards are also back.
