With the release of 2006 Leaf Rookies & Stars, officials at Donruss Playoff have confirmed a retail exclusive insert available only at Target®. These cards can be found randomly inserted into Target "blaster boxes". The 10-card set features some of the top names in the game, with each highlighting the official NFL 2006 "Kickoff Classic" logo on the front. The players list includes the following:
