Former late-night sports card & memorabilia pitchman Don West is no longer entertaining sports collecting insomniacs, but he's still on TV. Now, wrestling is his game.
He disgusted some. Made others laugh. And he sold a LOT of cards. Don West, the gravelly-voiced carnival barker who spent several years touting various deals on a home shopping channel, is gone from the hobby.
Some of his "greatest moments" have been preserved by a cult following of fans who've placed them on YouTube.com. We're betting some of those same people are responsible for this "tribute" website.
